If I awarded four stars It would mean "I really enjoyed this" which doesn't seem appropriate under the circumstances.

The three stars I have awarded menas "OK, met expectations", which is actually what you want from an Undertaker. The last thing you want at a funeral are the Undertakers getting in the way or otherwise upstaging events.

We've used FC Hughes a couple of times and on each occassion it was pretty much as expected.

So that's excellent actually, for this profession...
